Find a professional gate installation in Port Melbourne

Need a long baby gate (dream baby 3 in 1) wall mounted across a room (3.8m) but it doesn’t quite reach all the way (15cm short as the full length of the room is 3.95m). Also possibly need it fixed to the ground somehow but unsure on how to do that without damaging the floor as we are renting. I have bought small wooden blocks and tried to fix it to the wall but failed unfortunately.

Need someone who can take down the side gate to my property and install a new one. Needs to be quite tall and all the way to the ground as we have a husky. Flexible on materials and would like some suggestions if possible. Obviously the price isn’t $5 Please send me a quote for the materials and labour thank you. If we go ahead we might do next door as well which is identical.

Current wooden letterbox affixed to my front gate is rotting - keen to replace with something more sturdy, weather resistant and built to fit

Had a fence made 2m high but that was about 30cm taller than we wanted and it’s not straight. Front gate also doesn’t close. L.

There is a big gap above the gate and the side of the garage. Someone could easily jump through it from the street. I want to get something there to stop people from trying to jump over it. I have attached 2 photos. Mine is the one with the open gap. The other one is the neighbour's. They gave a horizontal metal bar.

Hinge has snapped on a small pedestrian fence gate. I want both hinges replaced. Seams as though the broken one has seized and therefore the weld has snapped as it has been unable to turn

Just looking for quotes at this stage... ...to replace the current gate/fence with a timber gate/fence. Black grill gates need to be lightly sanded and a freshen up with gloss paint, black box, two French doors, door frames., two ceilings, walls. Areas are small. Front entrance is high. Prefer someone with experience at painting. BYO drop sheets and sheets to protect plant in urn in front entrance. All spatter pant on tiles need to cleaned after job and removed.
