One down light in ensuite turns on with normal illumination for 10-12 minutes. After this time the light begins to flash on for 10 seconds and off for 2 seconds constantly. The adjacent downlight functions normally. The ceiling is 3.2 metres high. You need to get up your own ladder to check the globe and wiring to understand why the intermittent flashing on and off is happening and fix it to stop the flashing so it functions normally.

There are five tasks in total: (1) Install a ~2m long, 1.5m high picket side fence, with a gate. The latch on the gate should be a Lokklatch or equivalent. This fence does not need to be painted. Photo of gap to be fenced / gated is attached. (2) Replace an existing side access gate with a new 1.5m tall picket style gate. The latch on the gate should be a Lokklatch latch or equivalent. The gate does not need to be painted. The existing gate needs to be removed from site and disposed of. Photo of current gate is attached. (3) Install a ~1.2m high, 3m long railing to match a deck. The railing uprights and top rail would be timber, but the lower stringers would look great as stainless cables. None of this needs to be stained / painted. The value I've stated should include all labour, materials and disposal fees.

I need a handyman to dig in 10 Star Pickets , 8 ft long along boundary line fence to hold up corrogated tin sheets in place of cemented in posts. Pickets need to be 2feet in ground to support a lattice dividing screen above a 1.8 metre fence that is become unstable through removal of vegetation in neighbouring property. The lattice must be attached, vertical and supported and able to withstand wind. Ivy growing through lattice to be removed without breaking timber lattice. Some timber wooden rails may be needed or horizontal star pickets at back of fence secured tightly. Simple fencing but cost effective alternative. - Due date: Flexible
