We have an electric gate to our property. The power box has been damaged and needs replacing. Additionally we need to program some new remotes for the gate and adjust the gate settings.

I'd like a small wooden gate made and installed at the front entrance of my home. Measurements are approx 1m wide by 84cm high. Simple design - as per the photo below but shorter obvs. I will paint it myself. It will need to be attached to the brick sides. A simple latch is fine.

An old 50’s gate requires sanding, painting white gloss, repair and repositioning (welding?) so it closes again. I have another double gate at the driveway that could be an extension of this job however unsure if I will keep it or remove. Being neat and clean is important. I’m on the hunt for a great handyman. We have a large, metal clad double gate providing access to rear lane, for car access to carport. The upper hinge on one of the gates has failed, resulting in gate being supported only by lower hinge. Seeking experienced welder, to renew upper hinge, and review other hinges (x3) for integrity and strengthening.

Tenant has said AC is leaking and not particurlarly powerful. Please investigate and fix leaking if this is the case. And change the filter

I have a brand new set of swing gate openers with a control unit and two swing gate motors - https://mtmwarehouse.com.au/productlist/2419 I need the old ones replaced, see the images attached. The existing steel bracket needs to be repositioned as the motors are about the same length. I'm after someone who has done a few of these installations before.

My Gate hinge broken. need to put new hinge and my second Gate also too tight when close it need adjustment. please see the photos.

Repair the welding on gate hinge has come off or may need replacing and installed!

Simple handy man job. Reattach gate hinge to beam. Nail down top panel, nail bottom panel.
