Colorbond fence leaning away at the side gate area. Lock on the gate doesn’t work anymore (fence post side of the lock moved away because of leaning). Need it fixed - change the lock or make that part of fence back straight. Cheaper solution will be preferred.

Tenants recently moved out and damaged a door. We need a new door installed so our painter can paint it in the next fortnight whilst on-site. We will purchase and provide door. Just needs to be hung. Also, the side gate doesn’t close properly and has no lock / latch. We need this to be secure and lockable and want to keep existing gate. Tasker to purchase items associated with job as we are unsure exactly what is required, likely just new piece of timber and latch/lock mechanism. Alternatively we can purchase items via your recommendation. Dimensions will be sent on confirmation if required. Our preferred dates are weekends, 8th, 9th, 15th or 16th June.

Electric gate stablisers have broken off (see picture black block beside motor). The gate is wobbling. The gate may need to be removed and cleaned as there is a lot of debris on the track from mowing etc.

After a colorbond double gate and fence to be supplied and installed between my house and neighbours fence. 1500mm off the corner of the house and with an opening of approximately 3000mm, see photo.
