Gate requires repair, hinge has detached. I've included pictures of the working hinge as well as the broken hinge.

Remove shrubs as shown, install 1.8m post & rail colorbond fence alongside gravel driveway, install double steel gate across gravel driveway which can be secured and locked.

Clear small plans and trees, level ground, install double door metal door.

The Latch for the side gate has come loose and fallen off. Not sure if it can be re-attached in place or both sides need to be removed and re-drilled in higher/lower

Assembly and install of a stratco ezi-slat carport gate with self latching walk through gate on one side. Will need to cement in three posts, cut blades (just a single cut for each) and put it all together. All stratco parts and fasteners are ready and on site. Images are of the space between the house and the property line fence where it will be installed with the gate drawn roughly in blue and fence posts in red and of a similar example of what it will look like from the internet. Space is 3.6m wide and gate will be 1.2m high. You'll need your own insurance and all tools and materials outside of what stratco provided. Soil is rock and clay.

The bottom hinge on the green aluminium slatted driveway swing gate (northern side) has snapped in half. The existing broken hinge needs to be removed and replaced with a new hinge. Photos of the broken bottom hinge and the working top hinge have been provided. The gates were from Straco. They are Stratco custom Ezi Slat double gate, col: Cottage green.

Side gate dynabolt x2 has come loose and wont screw back in causing the gate to be loose.
