The automatic sliding gate needs maintenance. it has problem with opening.

Reprogram a Dace Ultima electric gate system as the gate is not opening. The message was saying ‘the IR beam is blocked’ but this has been cleared, however it’s still not opening so would like a professional to check it. Also, check if gate is set up correctly as the support bracket makes a big noise when it’s opening.

Need a rotted out post re attached to wood fence (or replaced if need be). Gate also needs fixing - latch & hinges. Bunnings is very close if anything additional is required.

Gate to the Fence needs to be rehung to open outwards instead of inwards to the pool area ( for non-compliance). Needs to also close and lock into the pool safety latch by itself

Bought new home. Building and Pest advised of high damp reading in bathroom. Need this investigated and rectified.

There is a little bit of subsidence causing gate to rub against the rail, at times causing the gate to stop/jam. Need a higher rolling wheel or maybe spacers to lift the bottom height of the gate. With that, minor adjustment needed on the Nylon gear rack.

Need this gate replaced, dimensions 1.40m wide by 1.80m high. Thanks

Hi, We need to replace the top lock on our gate to something more sturdy as the bottom lock sometimes fills up with dirt and the dogs are able to push out of the gate. We are thinking the same lock on the bottom gate but positioned sideways? Open to ideas. This gate is the only entrance into the house - the lock needs to be accessible to open from the outside which is why my thoughts is to do the same lock at the bottom but sideways

Both posts require replacing. Preferably steel/metal posts but open to suggestion. Existing gate to be re-hung. One (or more) hinges need replacing. One post is in ground, other post is in cement. Gate is quite heavy. Open to quotes on a sliding (not motorised) gate. But would prefer quote to fix existing gate. Budget negotiable depending on options.
