I have a 3m farm gate (probably about 15kg) to hang. I bought round post and was planning to dig 600mm and concrete. My problem is that I’ve gotten down about 100mm and there is concrete and can’t go further. I need someone to come quote me on attaching the post to the brick fence. It will probably need a timber support in between. Need asap as I have a pup that keeps running away. So basically after someone that can come do the post. We have two metal gates (car width) at both sides of our house at the end of our driveways that are attached to sandstone walls and have been spray painted in black. The gate comes in kit form. A pole needs to be dug and cemented into ground; brackets fitted which then to be welded to the gate. Townhouse in Ashfield (tenanted). Tenant says: “There's a leak in the bathroom and the shower head is leaking even though the water valves are off.” From the photos looks like a problem with drainage pipes or even seal in the shower. Also from text seems as though need to replace shower head. I cannot go there for more specifics so please quote on a hourly basis because it is unclear to me how long task will take.
