Find a professional gate installation in Sydney Eastern Suburbs

Hi there, I have discovered water coming in from wall I think - carpet in linen cupboard is wet and mouldy where leak is, Need someone to investigate and quote on repairs please. Also have two leaking taps that need fixing please. Photos show water damage in base of linen cupboard.

Need a few holes drilled to attach new gate lock to post. I have the new lock here, the old lock will be removed before you arrive and the part that attached to the gate is already in place. Just need someone to drill a couple of holes so the new part can be attached to the post.

Lock isn’t engaging properly.
