I have 2 stair gates, apparently very easy to install, the are the roller blinds type so width irrelevant. Requires drilling some holes, screws and making sure its straight ! Can be done on Monday or Tuesday evening next week.

The front two rooms of the house are exhibiting signs of moisture in the walls. This has caused: (a) bubbling of paint, (b) certain mould, and (c) loss of adhesion in cornices in the rooms. 1. I replaced my Bathroom exhaust fan and I can’t screw brackets in. Fan is in place on ceiling. Plugged in. Just can’t hold brackets and screw. 2. Gate lock screws no longer staying fixed on bottom screws. Needs plugging? 3. Re direct 3m high existing outside light. No electrical move. Just point it in another direction.

I have a rolling baby gate that inneed drilled onto a cement rendered wall (both sides of wall) outdoors. Looking for someone who can drill into cement without damaging it

Please see pictures for reference. My trailer tailgate has snapped off, I believe there has been some rust and unusual stress loads at times on these points. It was also welded onto a thin piece of metal so was never really structurally sound. What I would like done is to have around 20-30cm of solid steel welded into the existing square box steel cross member. You would need to cut out a section in the exisiting box steel to insert and weld in. The hinges then need to be welded back onto the frame with the reinforced steel area in place. I believe it’s just some tack welds needed but whatever you recommend. I’m happy to travel to workshops to get this done as I understand mobile welders would probably cost more than me coming to you. To repair 4 gates (2 fences, 2 pool side) that doesn’t close properly

1. Attach new gate latch I have recently changed the latch on my side gate but it does not reach properly due to different size. I need some timber cut to attach the latch to reach (image attached). I’ve purchased the timber already 2. Installation of security camera to side of the house. This camera is battery operated and does not require any electrical work. This requires someone who has their own tools and is a carpenter / tradesperson who is capable.
