Repair Electrical Automatic Gate that no longer opens or shuts

I need someone familiar with automatic gate swingers to adjust and make work my swing gates.

Supply and install a manually openable timber vehicle gate and side gate at a property in Coolbellup where an old extension had recently been demolished. The total width of the space is 5.5m and needs to be in line with the front of the house, vehicle portion of the gate ideally 3.6m (no greater) as eventually this will form part of a rear access to a subdivided block. The balance of the gap a timber fence and side gate nearest to the property.

A piece of old timber on the side gate has broken off and in doing so the latch is also dislodged as the timber is old.

We have 2-3 timber gates which need repairing or we might need them to be made new. They have come off their hinges. We are looking for handyman / builder experience - Due date: Before Friday, 22 September 2023

We need 2 timber gates installed. 1 gate will be to replace an existing timber gate that is rotted that needs to be removed (first 3 pics). The other will be a brand new gate we are planning to install where the space is below (pic 4). Both gates will be fixed to brick walls on either side so we will also required timber posts to fill gaps between the wall and gate. We are planning to use the gate from Bunnings shown below (pic 5). Need handyman to repair existing timber front gate, wobbly and bottom hinge is loose with a split in the timber, cannot close properly. this is a rental property so looking to just get it fixed so gate can close properly - Due date: Flexible

Need 5 or so mm shaved off my timber gate as it won’t close properly. Should be a 5 minute job for someone with the right tool/power sander. Sweep up the sawdust when done.
