1st Job - Change the existing lock on the sliding door with a new lock. I will provide a new lock as per photo. 2nd job - Adjust the outside gate so that it locks properly. At this stage, the gate closes from inside by pushing the lock upwards slightly but does not close from outside. I feel the door or the lock might need to be adjusted a bit but no replacement is required.

Sliding gate motor is broken.

I have 2 Pool Gates, both made of wood. One pool gate is not closing properly as it has warped slightly. I need the bottom 1 to 2cm sawed off so that the gate will self closed properly. I also need to attach new self closing hinges to be attached to this gate. For the second gate, it is also not self closing properly. New self closing hinges need to be attached. Some adjustments to the post where the gate is attach to is needed as well. It may be that the entire gate may need replacement.

My electric front gate keeps constantly making a clicking noise as if the sensor isn’t registering correctly.
