Hi I have a pool gate which is five “breaks” at the top and five at the bottom which need to be re-welded

Need suggestions on a new gate that will with decent security, strong and durable. Anyone that can install it aswell 930mm opening x 1830mm , I have a front door flyscreen that could be made of use.

Looking for either a fence repair with gate install or fence replacement with gate install. Repair is viable and fencing is going to be upgraded in the next couple of years so would probably prefer a repair to keep material costs down. Fence is 11m long and just one straight line. No sides to do. You will likely need to come and look at it to quote properly so I understand if offers sent are estimates, please just mention if it is an estimate if you send an offer. Wanting it done soon but flexible on when. Thank you - Repair would include replacing some of the existing palings, securing the palings with metal strapping (the current rails are fine and don’t need to be replaced but the older palings have warped a bit over time so could do with strapping) and installing something like two 75x75 gal posts to support a gate and catch. - Replacement would include removal and disposal of old fence and install new fence and gate. Material per strata guidelines needs to be wood, so I am after something like a standard 1800x150x17 pine fence paling or similar.

The lock mechanism doesn't seem to trigger the lock to work when the gate is closed. A handy man changed the lock and it worked for a bit and then I had it repaired and it only worked for a while.

One of the bedroom has weaker air flow compares to the other 2. Need to investigate the root cause
