Job 1 Build an outwards opening gate below house, can use existing timber, although may require additional timber to be purchased. Would need hinges and a latch that can be padlocked. Materials needing to be purchased - a few small lengths of timber, hinges, screws, latches etc. Area: - Length 1800mm - Height 900mmm Job 2 Close in cat flap door from external side. Materials needed to be purchased. Must be nailed on and look neat. Area: Length 350mm Width 350mm Job at Wooloowin. To be completed by 4th November or at earliest convenience. No painting required.

Updated: Two metal gates to our driveway need repairs / to most corners. Grinding and make good / replacement of sections required. See pictures for state of gates. Need all corners reviewed and properly fixed. Allow for approx 17 corners to be fully replaced (eg infill metal). Other corners will need grinding to remove rust, then make good via weld and grind. See pictures. All welded joints to be ground flush. Steel sections are 30x30. Painting excluded as we can do this ourselves but any welds etc need to be ground flush

1) Paint front picket fence, 1.2-1.5 m high, 25.6m wide, include recessed gates and wings, 3 coats white/cream, poles to be different colour to match house

Need a timber gate adjusted/fixed so that electric latch aligns for closing. It looks like adjusting the top latch hinge will resolve but it will need to be re-drilled. Front gate rubbing when opening and closing - most likely needs hinges adjusted slightly. Needs to be flush for electric strike. Will need to supply any necessary materials or timber - I have white paint if needed but unlikely. Have a couple of additional jobs you can quote also whilst here.
