Move 2 banks of Timber Casement Windows (still in their framing) with Sill at bottom a distance of 25 metres. Each is 2m long x 1 metre high (with Steel Security frames attached). Will need Two STRONG men at least. Move is from open Slab to under house. Also reposition a 2.m x 1 m Sideboard sitting on the Slab. Just a SHUFFLE move about 1 metre or less.

Install 2 sets of metal stringers, lower set of stringers into concrete, excavate 2 holes manually, upper set landing to landing, metal posts already set in place, mix approximately 30 bags of cement( wheelbarrow ready mixed), pour into holes and fill posts holes. Install hardwood bearers,joists and deck boards and make good. Install 26 hardwood kwila treads using cup head bolts and make good. Install 5 posts onto landings to accommodate balustrades which is to be decided once first stage is complete. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 5 April 2023

Flood damage - Labour required I have 19 walls of gyprock and insulation that I need pulled down and put out onto the kerbside (kerb is a distance of about 20-30 metres from the walls). Each wall has a red ❌ on it for clarity. Some walls have mould, so you will need masks, gloves Total area (amount) of gyprock and insulation is about 100sqm. I estimate it’s about 6 hours of work for 1 person or 3 hours for 2 people. The skip is already there ready to use.
