I dropped my GHD on the floor (not badly; it fell on my knee and to the floor), and since then, when I go to use it, the panel heats up, and then I put it through my hair, and it starts beeping twice. Apparently it has something to do with the electricity.

My GHD straightener will turn on and the plates start to heat up, but within a minute or so the device starts beeping and the light turns red. Happy to send away for repair or for a repair person to come to my location.
