Design aesthetic is outerwear garments but using design ideas and silhouettes of typical undergarments. Similar to designers like Charlotte knowles, supriya lele for some insight. I am looking for someone ideally with: - Years of industry experience ideally in womenswear - Grading knowledge - Amazing attention to detail - Hardworking and passionate - Experience in underwear/corset knowledge would be advantageous. To begin creating patterns and first fit samples, to then go into small production runs of max 20 pieces per style. If brand is successful the work will be ongoing.
