Good morning, We require someone to finish up a job that wasn’t done very well. See the attached pics. The majority of the job was done (pigeon nests removed, roof pressure cleaned somewhat), however some of the gutters still require to be cleaned out (front side and pool side) and the area where the nests were I would think need to be sprayed with some chemicals? We require a roof pressure wash and gutter clean of our 2nd storey roof & gutters. We have a pigeon problem under our solar panels so there is a lot of pigeon waste/debris in the gutters. The solar panels will be removed on Friday 27th October, with our new solar panels installed Friday 3rd November, so the jobs needs to take place between those dates. Pic attached for idea of roof size/height. Only the top roof & gutters need to be done (not the lower sections such as garage and patio). Front side of the house is quite high, would probably require 8m extension ladder, unless you plan on cleaning the gutter from the roof. Gutter Cleaning, Looking for Gutter Cleaning, including clearing downpipes, thanks

2 story house, about 165m2. Need to clean gutter, Length: 11m, Width:15m. 9 pieces of solar panels.

Looking to get our gutters cleaned and washed out and any debris removed from the gutters of our new property. From what I’ve seen from a recent aerial photo it is heavily blocked. The roof is a low pitch metal roof with single story access at the front but double height at the back where most of the debris is. The person taking this job on will need all tools required and potentially safety equipment and insurance for working at height I assume. It would also be good to get a general inspection of the roof as well while you are up there. We are located in Arana Hills. Additionally we can be flexible on time as we work from home but might need to work around meetings. Can organise a time when the job has been assigned.

Gutters cleaned on a two story property. And the back deck. Back deck is only one story but cannot be walked on. Gutters will need to be cleaned by ladder. No dogs to worry about. If wanting the owner home will need to be done on a Thursday morning or Friday. If you need any more information please feel free to ask

The roof gutters on my Queenslander house need to be cleared and cleaned

Need our gutters cleaned out and just haven’t been able to get to it these holidays. House length is approx 8m x 16m almost squared, plus a carport with 8m gutter and an outdoor patio which has 13m of gutter. Most are currently full of leaf matter and they haven’t been cleaned for a few years. I have a ladder if needed. We have a couple of large dogs, so you must be happy to work with them around (they will try to help, but really will only make it difficult to move around). I genuinely have no idea how long this will take or how much it’s worth, so I’ve only guessed at a budget. I’m happy to provide more info if needed.
