The rear is an extension with the 3rd bedroom upstairs, so that half has a second storey. There is also a small, flat tin roof at the rear, facing the garden. Please quote for either your hourly rate (and estimate of how many hours), otherwise a fixed fee for the whole job. Metal roof . 2 levels - lower roof flat and upper roof with slight slope. Lower roof is 4 metres high and upper roof is 7 metres high. You will need a second ladder to access the upper roof from the lower roof. The gutters have metal leaf guard. Have to unscrew the metal leaf guard, clean the gutter and put the leaf guard back on. Approx 40-45 linear metres.
