We have a small leak coming through our bedroom on the 2nd level. Our Semi was built in 1930s and roof tiles are terracotta. Are street is very leafy so we will also require a full gutter clean on the roof and clear the drainage pipes.

Need approx 40 Metres of outer gutter & central roof channel of the cleaned of leaves & natural debris, on a house. The house has a flat roof with that has a light fall to it of 50 cm lower from one side to the other over a 10m wide expanse. Access to the roof is on the top floor of the house through a covered terrace where we use a 3.5M long ladder to prop against the wall to get up onto the roof. (See pic of access point, ladder to be positioned above the outside wall light & climb through open section above). You can only access the gutters by getting up to the roof for most of the house, back section of the house (approx 10m wide) accessible from the ground but still a 3.5m ladder required there. Attached google map overhead of the roof. All the trees to the left side are now gone & a clear run at getting to all points of the roof gutters. Please bring alteernate ladders if required, bags , brushes & any cleaning equipment you require. Please only bid on this project , if you the required safety equipment, license, insurance & safety training & expertise for doing roof gutter cleaning. You are responsible for all of these by making a bid. Estimate the job would take 90mins to 2hrs. I've based this on previously cleaning the gutters by my last tradesmen who did them. He did a great job but is currently overseas.

House is classic federation with a pitched tile roof at front and flat roof at back of split- level property. Must be fully insured, experienced and provide all safety equipment

I need a couple of gutters cleared. Easy access to the roof and they are not heavily clogged. I used to do it myself, but am now 58, so climbing on the roof is no longer a good idea.
