It's a two-story terrace house requiring a three-story ladder for the front gutters. The roof is quite steep, so access is only possible with a harness at the back or a taller ladder at the front. There are only a few gutters, but they are positioned quite high up, as shown in the pictures. The back section can be done with a smaller ladder as a two-person job

The rear is an extension with the 3rd bedroom upstairs, so that half has a second storey. There is also a small, flat tin roof at the rear, facing the garden.
