The homeowner needs the contractor's earliest availability for a site inspection (including 2nd-floor access) and a firm quote. Guttering brackets have come loose in one short section section (~ 4 metres) on 2nd story, likely fixed with 30mm instead of 50mm screws, need to be fixed back, we don't have a ladder so can't do. We have a 2 level Queenslander. The gutters are in good condition however there are approx 4 spots where there are signs of surface rust and small dripping of water. Looking for someone to silicon or similar repair the areas that are dripping and apply paint to remove the surface rust. A high ladder will be required for this job.

Need to bring 6m ladder. Replace cables cover (not an electrical job) 3m to 6m. Cut vine and clear gutter (we have green waste bin).

The photo shows the location of gutter repair needed - just the bracket that has come loose so water is flowing into the neighbours courtyard rather than into the drain. Would require a large extension ladder.
