2 jobs: 1.) install a new drain pipe from the roof gutter of the garage to let rain water drain to the ground. The garage already has one drain pipe, but that is not enough and this additional one is needed. 2.) Balcony (upper floor of a double story house) has a drain opening to let the water out, but does not have a drain pipe. This is causing rain water to flow down the balcony wall. Need to install a drain in the balcony floor and connect it to the adjacent drain pipe.

There is an existing gutter which overflows in heavy rain. It needs another outlet and downpipe which needs to be connected into the existing down pipe with a rainhead. All in colorbond steel.

Roof design to be painted white. Gutters to be painted white and garage door sprayed

To replace rotten studs and supply and install new Gyprock and skirting boards. 4. To tape, set and sand ready for painting. 5. To repaint walls corner to corner to get best paint coverage. 6. To reseal end of gutter and supply and install new gutter guard along 62 m of gutter around house 7. Leave site clean tidy Must be insured and provide all equipment an materials.

I need guttering and fascia replaced across the front of my unit. Fascia is timber but I’d prefer colorbond. 2 straight sections- one is about 5 metres, one is about 7 metres. There is one down pipe on each section. No corners. Also will need quote to repair timber fascia (has no gutter to that section) that has rotted at the end. Lowset single storey. Colour is Paperbark.

Inspect and fix leak

Need to bring 6m ladder. Replace cables cover (not an electrical job) 3m to 6m. Cut vine and clear gutter (we have green waste bin).

The photo shows the location of gutter repair needed - just the bracket that has come loose so water is flowing into the neighbours courtyard rather than into the drain. Would require a large extension ladder.

Looking for someone experienced in plumbing to drain and remove a water tank, the pump and alter run off guttering. Water tank may need to be cut into pieces. Also looking for disposal. The water tank has already been disconnected and redirected to main water supply.

We have a crack in the box gutter down side of terrace house. I cleared away some of the old sealant and it needs rust cleaned out and replacement tin patch then new rivots and resealed. Hi guys, I need a Roofer, Carpenter or skilled handyman to install a polycarbonate roof and gutter on a pergola in Bexley. I have all the materials, just waiting on the gutter. Just labour price. Rough measurements are 10m across 4m deep and the shallow part is 1.2m deep. It is 2nd storey and half sits above a pool so have to be comfortable with heights. I have mobile scaffold if required and can assist in the installation so please quote for labour only to remove existing and install new.
