Need outside gutter cut and painted

Water is coming through our ceiling. Insurance has been out to assess, and we need the photos, but some of the flashing (I think that is what is called, the grey board in the decorative peaks) has come away or deteriorated. There is a gutter that runs down the middle of the house due to an extension, which needs cleaning; the blockage is causing the water damage. This is not a whole reroof, just a fix-up.
