Need a roof plumber to come and fix/repair box gutter/sump. Whenever there's heavy rain tons of water is getting into the garage somehow (I think from the sump being incorrectly built) Have attached some photos where you can actually see the timber frame of garage from the box gutter. Maybe the upstand is too short? Hard to tell.

This is a two-storey home. All possums in the roof cavity have been relocated. I need help to: 1) Seal any entry points to the roof where the possums are getting in. (Roof cavity access is available through the ceiling in bathroom.) 2) Clean the gutters. 3) Since we're up there, inspect roof tiles and watercourses. There is no noticeable leaks at the moment. This is a preventative measure. Should any major issues be found, appreciate you can help take photos to help us diagnose the issue. I haven't seen any jobs like this before so I'm not sure if there's people out there who could do it all well.
