In the process of purchasing a property, and building inspection has said wed need to address some items on the roof. looking for a quote from someone who handle the following: - Roof Tiling: Roof tiling is ageing. Some general movement has caused cracks and loose sections of tile mortar pointing. The roofing would benefit from some maintenance to repoint cracked and loose mortar sections to ridges, hips and valleys, including replacing any chipped or cracked roof tiles - Roof Flashings: Some roof valley and chimney flashings are showing signs of significant corrosion and rust. This deterioration can lead to the ingress of moisture into roof structures. - Gutters: Significant debris was observed in the guttering. This requires clearing to prevent blockages, ponding of water, downpipe obstructions, potential water ingress and early deterioration of guttering components. - Roof Cleaning: General roof cleaning to remove lichen

Clean up, remove paint and repaint for protection. I will provide paint. The board and gutter sit on top of another plastic roof, so will need a process to access the roof I think it’s about 20m long

Note the white mark up at the top of the photo. Cut a drop there so I can add a down pipe to release extra water during heavy rain. You don’t need to install down pipe. Just cut and install a drop. Parts provided. Just bring cutting tool and silicone.
