I need a downpipe replaced as it may be the cause of leakage in a certain area on the 1st floor of the house.. There is also a bit of leakage coming through the roof on the 2nd floor.

There seems to be a small leak in the gutter there is lead flashing between the gutter and the . If flashing needs to be replaced I can buy it from Bunnings near .by. Or if it can be fixed any other way th is also fine. Investigate and fix leak.

Curved section is 2-4 mitres, gutter in there is leaking due to rust-through spot. Metal fascia cover plate is badly wrinkled and I want to get it repaired properly this time. Also I guess there might be rotten wooden fascia underneath, so it might involve carpentry repairs. Here are more details about the job: - gutter in the straight section(5 mitres) adjacent to curved section needs replace/repair too, due to rust & leaky spots. - ground under the curved section is tiled & containing steps.
