Needing a qualified tradie to complete minor fixes to one gutter area (see pictures attached) and roof area. The gutter has gaps in it which allows water to leak out the side and into the roof cavity in heavy downpours. Needs at minimum some sealing to the gaps. Most replacement / additional reinforcing of gutter to the area. Roof has some small sections open that are big enough for unwanted pests to get in. Needs to be sealed. When submitting offer please advise if you can do both jobs and experience. Thanks.

I have a leak coming onto my ceiling from a tin roof or possibly the box guttering above. I have not been able to locate the issue on the roof from the surrounding area. I have a similar issue but not as bad in another location. The images do not do it justice, as it is dripping down onto carpet.

I need 2 x end caps/flashing installed on end of pergola. I have the end caps here. (Dune in colour - approx 2.5 metres)and a finishing L bracket to go behind box gutter to finish off neatly (8m). Screws and pop rivets are required to complete. A mate has installed pergola and is just too busy and just want it completed. If you have pergola experience it would be an easy job. Hi, there is possibly a leak in the roof may be not much. I want someone to check the leaking roof and fix it if require. Please note this is Asbestos roof and we recently did a seal and treatment hence i dont want to damage it. So wanted someone who has experience in Asbestos roofs.
