Hi. I need to replace the two fascia boards on the north side of the house (no guttering attached) and reseal/replace the topside flashing/combing. The fascia timber is rotten in places probably because the flashing covering the top side may be leaking. Overhead powerlines are attached to the fascia which no doubt complicate things as the power may need to be disconnected at the power pole while work is being done. However, as the house is unoccupied, we could go without power for a days or two so there may not be a need to coordinate same day electrician and carpenter. Tipuana tree, approx. 25m High. Need five large branches lopped. Job needs to be fully completed by this Friday 18th Dec. Price needs to include insurance and removal of all chopped timbers. It will require climbing the tree and cutting off branches in small sections. Tree is located on other side of neighbours fence (permission has been granted by neighbour) and branches overhang fence and a cubby house so care needs to be taken so that no damage occurs. We also require our gutters to be cleaned, which are located on a two storey house. No time wasting.
