I need guttering and fascia replaced across the front of my unit. Fascia is timber but I’d prefer colorbond. 2 straight sections- one is about 5 metres, one is about 7 metres. There is one down pipe on each section. No corners. Also will need quote to repair timber fascia (has no gutter to that section) that has rotted at the end. Lowset single storey. Colour is Paperbark.

Replace c3.6m white gutter and connecting Snead pipe that connects to down pipe.

Under the front covered porch, there is a leak (when there is heavy rain) that has caused crack on the ceiling of the front covered porch. Need the source of the leak to be stopped and ceiling repaired. Suspect the rusted gutter (approx total 4m in length) maybe the cause of the issue. Gutter is under and in between the roof tile and polycarbonate roof. When Polycarbonate roof is required to be remove to change the gutters, all roofing screws will need to be replaced as well. Hello, I have a gutter that appears to be sloping down the wrong way and therefore water is not going down the downpipe properly. I believe this needs a simple adjustment. I would love for the person who does this task to be experienced with this type of work, so they can advise me if my guttering and downpipe needs replacement when doing this job as well.
