Require someone to patch up a leaky gutter. Wall is wet, everytime it rains. I suspect its the flashing, however needs to be checked and quoted.

I recently purchased a townhouse which is three years old. I need someone to paint gutters and eaves for single story house. Roughly 75 meters length. Paint will be provided.

In between two roofs, it leaks/over flow when it rains heavily. I've recently drilled a few hole in the top gutter to flow to the bottom gutter on other roof to dissipate the water flow faster as this stretch of 5.2m has no gutter (refer first pic). Need install a gutter pop outlet at this drilled holes area, fix the leaky corner gutter & maybe better flashing or underside protective weatherproof skin. Need experienced roofer/plumber recommendation for a permanent fix. Can be done anytime that suits you.
