Part of guttering has come off bracket and banging against house

Part of my guttering has come off the hinges or the hinges are broken.

The shower drain on the lower floor doesn’t drain causing water to build up on the floor of the shower stall. At roughly the same time, a drain outside that deals with rainwater has also clogged causing a build up of water outside the drain.

Repair edge of driveway / gutter damaged by a truck. Can send photo, it’s like a bucket of concrete max.

Patch up rusted flashing or replace.. only needs to last a couple of years before we replace the entire roof.

The eve and gutter attached to the roof is leaking. Need a roof plumber to attend and fix

It’s a new build two story townhouse that was completed in December 2022. A double story ladder is required to access one corner of the gutter where the silicone sealing was not completed properly and it is dripping constantly on to the concrete side patio. The builder had agreed to fix it but has not done so and is now ghosting me. It should only be a 10 minute job.
