The ground-floor gutter at the corner of the townhouse has been dented and the adjacent downpipe was dislodged. I would like to have this repaired. This work may include: 1) Removing or straightening the damaged gutter section. 2) Replacing or re-securing the corner piece/end cap. 3) Realigning the gutter to the fascia and sealing any gaps. 4) Realigning and securing the downpipe. 5) Checking for any secondary damage and repairing if necessary.

When it rains our gutter leaking onto our patio, it drips onto our furniture, its about 1.5 meters of dripping along the bottom of the gutter. It is attached to the patio roof from the main roof. Need a handyman to install wire mesh on the gutters. The mesh shall be screwed to the roof panels and the fascia. It is to stop possums getting in the roof. Screw every 300-400 mm. Roof panels are aluminum and easy to screw self tapping batten screws. Also need to remove the leaves from the gutters before the mesh goes on. The roof is flat and the house is one story only. (Access via ladder). I will supply a role of mesh ( 1000 mm wide) you will need to cut some 300 mm width of the mesh role to install. The mesh is 1.2 mm wires. So very easy to cut. I will supply screws as well. Totally around 50 m of gutters ( includes some 3-4 meters of lower roof that needs to be covered as well) If interested, give me an offer based on hourly or lump sum

Roof tiles to seal up here & there only...gutters x2 to access the leaks from inside the old garage. Trying to use this old garage as an art studio...but need it water tight as the artwork might get damp & ruined. Can be done on a Saturday anytime or weekdays Mon - Frid) anytime after 4pm when back from work. The roof generally in good condition being an old one....but there are a few shake tiles which let water inside if garage/studio.
