Broken pipe outside need repair or replace

Need a roof plumber to fix the 2 downpipes in the attached picture which have been poorly extended with a white pvc. The results should be similar to the fourth picture, original downpipe. The new downpipes should be metal and in the same colour and shape. The cement clean up is part of job as well. The full length of downpipe is roughly 250cm.

Hang 1000 string lights to guttering on top of a 2 storey house approx 5 metres high as well as around 1 set of windows. Must have insurances

Need to silicone and waterproof seal the roof gutter. See pictures attached. Water dripping from the gap between the gutter and the pergola wall.

String lights to be attached to guttering on level 2 of 2 storey house. Lights and clips purchased. Will need large ladder and safety equiptment and insurance

Replace roofing and install a gutter and down pipe on a small shed and any necessary flashing. I will supply all materials.
