Need gutters cleared (one side of house is completely fine) but other side with neighbouring trees needs branches trimmed back little bit.. largely right rear corner (tree side of the house), remove large palm fronds already fallen & trim back driveway/backyard bush - a lot I can do butb no ladder capability. The underlying ground on the tree side of house has thick leaf litter on ground is ideally like mulched or removed. Our deck currently just let's rainwater fall off it onto the front of the house below. We would like a gutter installed to catch the water and direct it to a downpipe which would eventually link up with stormwater (seperate job). Deck is about 10m long and 4m wide on each side so about 18m total gutter length.

I’m looking for someone to add a downpipe into the existing gutter above my bay window. This gutter doesnt have a downpipe and overflows in the rain. I’d like a 100mm downpipe added at the yellow line and secured to the weatherboard. The downpipe can drain into an existing large stormwater drain that runs behind the cladding under the bay window (the red line). I don’t have a ladder that will reach the required height, so you will need to bring one along. I can offer words of encouragement and plenty of coffee instead.

Requesting a quote for the roof work - (1) replace cracked mortar, (2) replace approx. 4 cracked tiles and (3) clean the gutters. These repair items are listed in the roof inspection report provided by insurance company. The location is at Runcorn 4113. It's a single storey 3BD 2bath very normal house.
