I am always hearing this rattling/vibrational noise on windy days (normally when there like is a northerly wind) when I stay in the room on second floor. I am looking for a roof gutter plumber /specialist come and inspect the gutter and tighten if they are loose or come up with solution to rectify the noise on windy days. Also when you are up the roof, inspect the roof tile to see if there is any crack that needs to be repaired.
