Old down gutter which was plumbed into fresh water tank needs repair/ replacement and needs to be diverted into normal drainage

Existing gutter is rusted and pitted. Needs replacing.

I have a rainwater tank in place that needs connecting to the gutters and the tap connected. I have everything required for the job.

Gutters need clearing as they aren't draining properly. One of the down pipes not actually connected to a stormwater drain. Mould growth on the timber fascias so think those need replacing. Suggest repairing the eaves too. Hoping for some quotes to get an idea of cost.

First floor, eave has a lot of water stains and sagging. I did see overflow gutter during heavy rain but no visible blockage of down pipe and the back. Roof tiles also look ok from above. Need a roof plumber’s expertise and some investigation work, may need a front overflow pvc pipe on gutter? (can supply PVC pipe). Or maybe Flexible flashing on tiles? My son has purchased a single level house that I'm renovating. We need the current old gutters and downpipes removed and the replacement gutters and downpipes installed: - 4 x 2.4m downpipes (95 x 45) - 34Lm Colorbond gutters (back and sides) In addition, if there are any repairs identified during the process these too will need to be resolved. I will be available for material runs if needed, but happy for you to use your materials if repairs are minor but may need quote if anything is identified that is more significant Looking for works to be completed February 2025 and looking for quotes for labour only component of removal and reinstatement. We can discuss any repairs if and when necessary PS - I have no real idea of the cost of this so have noted the offer as 1234. I do have a quote for the S&I of $2,890 but we'd like to self manage as budget for the reno's is tight. Thanks Jody

Approximately 4 hrs painting for a small area of eaves and gutters. Approx 2 hrs for each coat then let dry between coats. I'll supply all paint and equipment.

Need help cutting off a metal gutter pipe. Appropriate tools required. I tried using my own tin snips but it could not achieve a clean cut.
