I need guttering & downpipe installed on a balcony. I have all the bits & pieces for the job: - gutter / ends / brackets / rivets / pop / pvc pipe / angles I was planning and doing it myself, just haven’t had a chance to get around to it. I just need someone to come & do it. As from the photos it’s the top balcony, so will need to lay down some ply on the lower roof (poly) to get ladder access. There’s also rear access to the property to get in / out.

A section of our roof gutter has rust spots and is leaking. Unsure if it can be repaired or needs replacing. Looking for someone to assess all our roof gutters, advise on next steps, and repair/replace. *NOTE: happy to adjust to a higher price after initial quote.

We would like a cost effective and temporary solution as we will be doing major renovations in the next 3 months. The previous owner directed all the rain water collected from the roof into a gutter, then a PVC pipe (see blue circle in diagram) from the gutter, under the terrace and dumped it all right next to our neighbour's property (see red line in diagram). We would like a new above ground PVC pipe to be installed so the rain water will be divert and directed out the back of the property into the garden (see blue line in diagram) so it's not a major problem for our neighbours. Per diagram, length should be ~10m max. As mentioned above, we will be doing major renovations on the property soon so just require a temporary and cost effective solution. Rusted gutter needs repair. About 1.5m has rust damage, the rest appears fine. 2nd story (hard access). Rusted portion likely needs to be replaced entirely. Ideally new portion can be painted black to match.

Need a small piece of grey sandstone (approx 20cm X 20cm X 13cm) to be supplied and inserted in a road gutter (around a sewerage pipe) to match existing gutter to meet DA approval. The existing concrete will be removed prior.

Currently, awning is joined with neighbour.
