I recently got the waste water tank removed so now I need to get the rectangular gutter down pipe installed and connected to the drain on the ground, similarly how it’s done around the property (refer to the last picture). I need you to quote with materials and labour. pipe color is woodland grey.

Downpipe connection to gutter needs to be connected with an extender or any ideas ( 100mmx50mm) may be 2-3 inches extender would fit or a pops etc I see there is connection moved from downpipe to gutter connection as in the picture. Could be due to earth movement.

There appears to be a leak in the gutter, causing mould on the roof. I need someone to look into it and possibly apply a sealant

Need a roof plumber to fix the 2 downpipes in the attached picture which have been poorly extended with a white pvc. The results should be similar to the fourth picture, original downpipe. The new downpipes should be metal and in the same colour and shape. The cement clean up is part of job as well. The full length of downpipe is roughly 250cm.

I am looking to build a wood pergola within the space between my house and detached garage. Pergola will be composed of 2 different structures next to each other, one will be against the house and have a polycarbonate roof and a gutter, the other one wont have a roof and will be opened. One post will have to be attached to the concrete of the alfresco, and we will have to dig the other holes and pour concrete to create a slab and then secure each other post directly onto that concrete. Will be great if you would have a hammer drill and necessary machinery to perform cuts and all. We have some tools but not all of them. Happy to pay per hour.

Check the pictures. One of the water gutters seems to be choked. Might be as simple as removing the stuck rubbish inside.

It appears like two linear crack that has developed, which is leading to water spilling down along the exterior wall and the usual green spots appearing. I believe this looks more like a patch repair over a replacement of gutter. This is flush with a pergola with poly roofing on it. The third job which you dont need to quote for, is that a strip of gutter on the pergola is pooling at the wrong end. Open to either putting in an additional downlpipe or rectifying the gradient of the gutter to flow the right way. Can upsell that on site.

Old gutter is rusting, previous owner put a new metal gutter piece up on the roof but never did anything with it. Preferably if someone could install the new gutter then also to the right there could be some leaking so need a type of to seal where little bit of water is coming through.
