I need a gyprocker to do the flashing for a small wall. About 20 meters long in total for a comercial building. No cornice, no skirting. Just the vertical joints and 2 corners. The picture below shows the area needed. The black hatched walls are new, the hollow ones are existing. I would like to partially gyprock a wall in the attic in order to provide prospective purchasers of my home (which I am selling) an impression of the job which could be fully completed by them.
