Need to remplace 10mm gyprock and fix the framing on the wall with the cut out. 18mm gyprock to be relaid on top of the pink existing plaster. Best to the entry door corner needs to be fixed. 2 coats of setting need to be done and 2 cornices need to be fixed

Hi we need someone with experience to patch and paint ceilings that were opened up for manholes earlier. Installing a man hole would be preferred The height of these ceilings is over 3.3 meters. Approximately 8 man holes to install materials on site. Will need to bring own ladder Please provide estimate on how many hours the job will take. Cut holes in the top of two kitchen cabinets + two layers of gyprock that is above the cabinets. This is to access the aircon unit to remove and replace it. The top of the cabinets will then need to be replaced – but this would be ideally with a removable piece of melamine (or similar) in case future aircon access is required. The gyprock is okay to not be replaced. Approximate cabinet dimensions 600wx580d450h and 1100w580d450h. Thank you. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 13 June 2023
