Hi Gyprock needed Everywhere in these pictures which is brick or damaged needs to be gyprocked. This includes behind the fridge. Around the cabinets but NOT the splashback area. I will do the painting myself. Regarding sanding, we are living in the house currently and have a lot of stuff around; I would like the cleanest sanding with the least dust. Thanks very much

Labour only - need someone to finish the rumpus room. 1 short wall, ceiling and the bulk head needs gyprocking and flushing (see pic). Gyprock has been delivered and is in perfect condition. All other supplies are provided too.

Flush walls where 2 wardrobes were removed, including 3 x 1cm holes and another hole roughly the size of a 50 cent coin. Fix existing cornice where 2 x wardrobes have been removed to walls/ceiling. A third bedroom has 2 small holes that require patching where a telephone line ran down the corner from the ceiling also requiring flushing where the line ran halfway down the wall. Three hooks of the curtains bracket is pulling down, so the gyprock is broken. Total 3 small area of gyprock need to fix and hook the brackets back for the curtains.
