patching a good few holes in the wall putting corners in setting the all lot ( half the kitchen needs 1 coat no sanding, the other good finish for painting. 2 spots need to fix the cornice. need someone available this week

Need to remplace 10mm gyprock and fix the framing on the wall with the cut out. 18mm gyprock to be relaid on top of the pink existing plaster. Best to the entry door corner needs to be fixed. 2 coats of setting need to be done and 2 cornices need to be fixed

Cut holes in the top of two kitchen cabinets + two layers of gyprock that is above the cabinets. This is to access the aircon unit to remove and replace it. The top of the cabinets will then need to be replaced – but this would be ideally with a removable piece of melamine (or similar) in case future aircon access is required. im wanting to mount a specific TV to a wall in the bedroom, would also like to conceal the cable, would like the TV mounted slightly higher than eye level, as there will be other monitors below it.
