Im after someone to set the gyprock in my home. There is approx 20m of joints that require it, not all have the recess so will need to be a wider set. In addition there is approx 300mm of corner aluminum angle that needs to be supplied for the small wall at bottom. Job to include, 2 base coats, final coat and sanding. Please include everything in price, dont provide me with prices that includes half the job requested.

The Gyprock within a Bathroom area. The bathroom floor has a surface area of 178cm by 215 cm. The walls are 250 cm tall or less. If you provide the materials and the service, that would be best at $1,300. If you only provide the labour, I would offer $500. Before the gyprock goes on, we will need to get some plumbing done. After that, we'll arrange a date for you to do the gyprocking. We plan to tile the walls and floors (but not the ceiling) so the gyprock material used must be suitable for porceline tiles to adhere to with grout. Of course, seeing as it is a bathroom with a shower and sink, we need to have the gyprock panels and the putties and adhesives used to finish the job all be suitable for we areas. Two of the walls are brick which will have 70mm H2 timber on the for the gyprock to attach to. The other two walls are just H2 timber framing that connect the room to other rooms. I prefer screws to be users rather than nails for attaching the panels to the wood frames. The gyprock will conceal copper water supply piping and PVC waste water piping. It will also conceal electric cabling. There is 1 thin, rectangular window on one of the brick walls. Therefore, the gyprock must nicely transition to the window's gap. Lighting, electrics, carpentry and plumbing will all have been completed before you are needed. This job is only about the gyprock.

Needing a skilled plasterer to level a wall to be exactly 610mm from cupboard ends all the way across in readiness for splashback.

The house has some damaged gyprocks, skirtings and door edges that require repairing. Needing assistance from someone who can do the whole job

New sheets, required in certain sections. Patch work as per photos + approximately 20 downlight holes. Square set some side timber posts. Repair some water damage sections etc. Would also want a quote upon arrival to replace with new cornice downstairs.

Require a plasterer to repair/patch cracks and dents on gyprock wall. See pictures attached. Some parts just require plaster, crack on black wall may require patching of gyprock wall. Requirement is to Plaster/Patch and Sand down. No need to paint. I have ladder that can be used on site. No need to bring own

I've been told it's an easy fix. Pop the broken piece out, put a piece of timber in there and screw it vertically then screw the broken piece on the timber and skim some plater over it. Sand and then paint. I just don't have the tools to do this.
