We have a problem in our garage where half of the ceiling has fallen down (gyprock) - we think this is due to humidity and potentially not having been fitted well in the first place. We need a replacement gyprock ceiling for the full garage. We are concerned the other half will come down so we want to replace it all. Please quote for full cost including the gyprock and installation. We will also need someone to remove the old gyprock too. The original leak in the roof (broken roof tile) has been fixed. Two gyprock repairs as pictured. One is approx 60 x 90cm; the other 45 x 90cm. Small amount of plastering to be completed on edges so that we can sand and paint, including re-affixing plug socket to wall (again as pictured- no electrical wiring required).

I need a handyman to mount my TV on a wall. No problem drilling holes in the wall. Metal mount supplied, but please bring your own anchor screws to attach to the wall. At least 6-8 will be required as it’s around a 60-inch TV. Please include the supply of your anchors in the agreed price.

Need to install 6 x sheets of Gyprock 1350x3000 to garage ceiling. Access is easy as there is a mezzanine about 1.3m from ceiling. Old ceiling will need to be removed no disposal needed.

Four small jobs: 1. Cut back entire ceiling of small ensuite and replace with new gyprock sheet + new cornices (2680mm x 1000mm). Small patch ripped out for bathroom repairs but whole ceiling/ cornices need to be replaced. 2. Repair gyprock / cornice patch in ceiling in the office (small patch as shown). 3. Repair damaged cornice above front door entry. (Corner only) 4. Fix up new drywall/gyprock patch already installed, with filler and sand back ready for paint. We will paint it. (Patch 1000mm x 300mm)

Extending the opening of exisiting cupboard cavities in 3 rooms and closing a doorway

I have about 6 (light switch sizes) holes to close and patch + 3 big one ( about 20x20cm) and another patches to do. Please see photos for details.

A handyman is needed to patch gyprock: 1. Corner of the wall and the gap next to the floor 2. A joint between two gyprock sheets 3. A hole from the old light fixture 4. A hole from the switch plate 5. A hole on the wall which was covered up with plaster 6. Cover a hole between the balcony beams and the wall to block rodents access (a ladder is required)

Need wall and celling done, the area is approximately 145-150 m² with a ceiling height of about 2.7 meters throughout. job may start may 2025 - house not ready yet
