(Budget is just for you to come and quote, feel free to supply a quote for whole job but it’s probably best to see the space first) We are looking for handy-person with gyprock experience to assist us with finishing a renovation project in the coming weeks. We’re looking for someone to gyprock a stud wall, including cornices to ceiling. The wall (non load bearing) is approximately 11m in length, running the length/in front of an existing double brick wall (to conceal cabling/plumbing and create a flat surface). Other things to note: Dates of work: Due to the opening hours of our business, the work will need to be completed between Saturday evening-Tuesday mid-morning at some point over the coming weeks (so ideally, Sat night/Sun/Mon). You will have two trade assistants on site (if needed) or we can stay out of your way and work on other parts of the project. Access to the site is easy, its level 1 rear via a large industrial loading stairway (no bends), with a car park directly behind the building

Need wall patched up after renovations. Please see photos. Only patching and sanding back required. No painting is needed.

I need a free standing gyprock wall installed, about 1800mm by 2000mm high

I need help with plastering a hole 43cm x 10cm I have in my wall. The cables coming through the wall will be removed and will no longer be in the space. Not looking for someone to paint, just for coverage of the hole.

Single wall in bedroom has some mould buildup, likely due to being glued to cinder block wall behind it and cinder block exterior wall not being waterproofed. Need: exterior wall waterproofed + interior bedroom wall gyprock patched/painted. Section of wall (both exterior and interior) is approx 3.3 metre wide x standard height wall.

2 x patches where gyprocking has been cut out need fixing. 1 x area is approx 40cm x 40cm and has existing gyprock piece, no need to bring your own 1 x area is approx 3 m long x 15cm-20 cm wide, you may need some offcuts patching and 1 coat of paint required (ceiling white or similar)

As per the picture below, I need this wall plate moved because it is currently situated in the exact spot where a vertical support beam for a built-in wardrobe is to be installed. It really only needs to move 20cm to the right, however I am open to suggestions. Thanks

Add blue board over mortar wall 300 x 340 and prep for painting. Add gyprock over V Board and exposed brick in sitting room (2 walls 375w x 250h and 1 wall 200 x 254) and prep for painting. Please provide and itemise all material costs in quote. Thank you.

Hi there, I’m looking for a gyprocker who can redo 2 ceilings at [Content Moderated] Newtown. One is 1.5 x 1.5m The other one is 2.5x3m. Ceiling grit is 3.3m Install and set joints. Old material has to be moved from site.

- remove 2x wardrobes, patch and square set walls around it ready for wardrobe installation - wardrobe 1: 3.0m x 2.6m - wardrobe 2: 1.4m x 2.6m; this smaller one needs to demolish small gyprock section (~ 1.2m x 0.3m) to make room for taller robe. See pic where I note the section to be demolished - terrace house - wardrobes on 2nd floor - materials to be broken down to fit skip bin - can discard rubbish safely thru balcony direct to backyard, in designated area ready for self organised removal - I will organise rubbish removal separately
