we have done a small amount of renovating and need some gyprock repairs done before painting. There are 5 areas: - - Stair case - we have removing a long section of skirting in the stair well. this needs to be smoothed over. (first image) - Old Vent - when the new ducted air con was installed, they have left the old intake vent - this is just sitting there and comes out. we need need this patched. (second image) - Damaged wall - the flooring installer damaged the wall and this needs to be patched (third image) - old lights - the electrician will be removing the old oyster lights - there are two of them in the hallway these will need smoothing over (example in image 2) - minor dings - the two kids bedrooms have a minor dent in the wall (boys will be boys) - these need smoothing over. painting will be done after plaster work. any materials needs to be supplied in quote. access is on second level of two storey home. easy street parking and access.

Looking for someone experienced to fill hole in gyprock wall and level the shelf, the shelf is sitting in the hole currently, Gyprock has metal beams the shelf needs to be put back up straight with no mistakes. The guy who put the shelf’s up made a few mistakes and the shelf is coming out of the wall

After an electrician has installed fans and new power points, I need the cuts and holes in the gyprock plastered and prepared for painting (no painting required for this job). Work required: - 3 coats for 5 x circular cuts - 3 coats for 2 x square cuts on roof for fans - 2 coats for 7 x circular cuts(they already have had first coast & sand done, see photos) - 2 x coats for 2 x square cuts on roof for fans (they already have had first coast & sand done, see photos) - Sand and finish in preparation for painting I expect this will require 2-3 visits. I'm flexible on timing. Bring your own tools (must include plasterboard sander with vacuum). Multi-purpose joint compound and plasterboard joint tape provided. Need a Gyprocker to patch 6 holes around downpipes. The downpipes are running through fc eaves. Need to use external grade James Hardie materials or the like.

We are finishing a bathroom renovation and need a carpenter to re-build a timber frame ceiling for a small bathroom (<4 SQM)and adjoining entrance area (an even smaller size) ahead of gyprocking. We also need the old door to be refit which needs to be cut down and modified.

Looking for someone who can install x2 floating shelf’s, they are 2.5m long, they will be going on a gyprock wall so must be able to locate studs they are 500cm inbetween each stud. They will be placed directly under each mirror

There is 9 small holes 🕳️ in the ceiling made of gyprock that needs filling. The wholes are approximately 2cm in diameter. No painting needed. Latter on site.
