Hanging/mounting of a 157.5cm x 67.5cm/8kg mirror on a gyprock wall. Hardware/screws will be required and included in quote/cost.

The brackets for the blinds are installed, it's literally just placing the blind onto the bracket. I'll be helping but I need a second person and second ladder. I also need to move a trampoline about 20m. Literally lift with me and walk. No assembly etc. All up, will take no more than 20 minutes.

I have an existing Fireplace mantle which has a 950x665 opening for insert. I would like to have a electric fireplace installed in to it. However I am finding it difficult to find a electric fireplace that fits these dimensions (usually they are smaller) I need someone to come assess the situation and let me know what options are available to install an electric fireplace in to the existing mantle.
