It’s a new build two story townhouse that was completed in December 2022. A double story ladder is required to access one corner of the gutter where the silicone sealing was not completed properly and it is dripping constantly on to the concrete side patio. The builder had agreed to fix it but has not done so and is now ghosting me. It should only be a 10 minute job.
