1. 25m of Quad Losp to be replaced under gutter and approx 12m of timber fascia to be replaced. 2. Go on to roof and check roof vent and skylight flashing for any leaks/gaps. Fix silicone if need be. Quad and fascia materials will be onsite. I am posting this on behalf of elderly neighbour. I will be onsite to lend a hand.

Need to seal shed against vermin and insects in gaps on door, bottom and cable entry points roof. Shed is around 8x4 m.

I need 2 x wooden shelves to be attached to a brick kitchen wall, with metal angle brackets. The shelves are 280mm x 570mm x 35mm. I have the brackets; just not the screws. Note that the electricity box will be in between the shelves (see images). I need a new front wooden door installed, and all hardware attached (i.e., hinges x 3, deadbolt & door handle). I have the door and all the hardware. The new door is 40mm wide. The current door is 35mm wide. I am advised that the door frame - which is wood - may need to be replaced/shaved in order to account for the additional 5mm width of the new door. Lastly, I don't know if a carpenter would do this but I'd like 3 x eyelet bolts attached to an external brick wall (or alternatively, to the wooden paneling above the bricks) so that I can temporarily attach a shade sail to it. I want to remove the seesaw attachment from a swing set but I don’t have the tool for it. I imagine it would be a quick and simple job for the right person.

Red Light shows in the inverter and on the screen it comes as error 114(2). Anyone with solar experience please fix the problems.

Distmantle large roller door and lower to ground. Door is approx 3000x3800 (Heavy) Removal is negotiable.

I've measured and bought the blinds. Issue is I want them installed inside the window frame but there is a metal bracket under the plaster that I don't have the right tools or screws and know how... to get through. Should be a quick and easy job for someone who knows what they're doing and can get creative to screw the new bracket through the metal L frame under the plaster.

We are looking for someone to install primed general-purpose Easycraft VJ paneling on a wall. The paneling needs to be fitted around the door frame, heater, and TV bracket. Once installed, we will paint it as part of the ongoing renovations. Details:      •    Wall dimensions: 2.4m (height) x 4.3m (length).      •    We will cover the cost of the VJ paneling, but we are unable to transport it to the site. It would be helpful if you have a vehicle capable of bringing the materials. Quote includes cost of product.

Need 5x wooden doors (currently painted white) sanded back and then repainted to remove dog scratches, as we are moving homes. It is only on one side of each door so not an entire door. The back laundry door is charcoal but also needs fixing. Happy to pay either an hourly rate or upfront fixed amount.
