used some very dodgy movers and they marked the walls quite badly. need them patched and cleaned up before rental inspection! please see pics . there are three sections that probably need just a clean and then the chip shown in pic. happy to negotiate final fee.

Parts of the walls in our investment property had to be cut into due to water damage from a burst pipe to be dried and out and needs fixing. Please see attached photos.
