Wooden dining chair requires repair

We have purchased two new signs to be installed in our small business car park. We need someone to attend the site, bring some basic hardware like masonry wall plugs and appropriate screws / fixings and install the sign permanently into the concrete wall at the end of our carpark. The signs are very light, and should only need some small masonry fixings. As per the images below, the two signs need to be installed above the bins. The signs are only slightly larger than A4 size and have 4 holes in each corner that can be used to There is access to power on site, but an extension cord is needed for use of any permanently connected power tools. Please note: You will need to supply the masonry plugs and fixings.
